Personal Lines - Billing Analyst I
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a PL Billing Analyst to assist clients in using their billing systems and to develop test matrices and test cases for the PLD Diamond system. This role involves user acceptance testing, communication with system users, and advocating for agents' workflow and business interests. Responsibilities Offer analysis of system requirements and specification documentation Assist in the creation of test matrices and test cases Take an active role in user acceptance testing Execute scripted as well as ad hoc test requests that require considerable self- direction, creativity and system knowledge Assist internal and external system users via phone, email and instant messaging Research system problems and issues Effectively communicates system workflows or processes to users Advocate for the agents’ workflow and business interests Identify and researches trends and issues among users Skills Technical knowledge / expertise in personal lines forms, coverages, practices and processes Attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Teamwork and cooperation Initiative Strong decision making / logical thinking / judgement skills Analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred; will consider an associate's degree with previous personal lines / billing experience Benefits Annual cash bonus Stock incentives based on company and individual performance Hybrid work options Company Overview The Cincinnati Insurance Companies markets business, home and auto insurance products through independent insurance agencies.
