? When writing progress reports, it is necessary to be precise and concise. It is essential to describe observable behavior and refrain from including any judgments or opinions. This will lead to a more accurate evaluation of a resident's progress
? Assisting seniors in completing defined exercise routines
? Residents will receive an array of treatment modalities, including balance and gait training to help them recover
? Assisting inhabitants in operating essential equipment and devices
? Instructing residents on the proper techniques for exercising to improve muscle strength and enhance overall function
? Ensuring the confidentiality of resident data and information to foster confidence in the community
? Implementing effective legal and regulatory compliance programs can help businesses stay on top of any changes to existing regulatory requirements
? Acting as a team player and working towards common objectives
Personal In-Home Caregiver Requirements Include:
? A successful student who has graduated from an accredited PTA Program
? The current license for the New Jersey State PTA is still active
? Candidates with proficiency in long-term-care environments will be given priority consideration
