Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (REMOTE TILL COVID) Required Skills: • Define business requirements and communicate requirements to technical and testing teams. • Work with client team to get the clarity on the backlog. Prioritize the backlog and track to a closure. • Working experience in Implementing solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program level. • Good experience of AGILE Methodologies and Scrum. Waterfall model Development environment and well versed with SDLC methodology. • Transforming requirements into stipulations. • Experienced in JIRA • Recommend changes to improve established java application processes. • Develop supporting process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents. • Able to collaborate with cross-multidimensional teams across all ERP implementation levels (Data, Reporting, Hosting, Application Development, Change management, Training). • Act as a liaison between the IT development team and business team. • Send out the Daily or weekly status update (based on the business needs) to the leadership and the whole team. • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: Please note that, where allowed by local law, requires associates of all entities, subsidiaries, and joint ventures, including non-integrated business, as well as contractors, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if or when their role requires them to conduct business face-to-face. • This includes any role that necessitates presence at a or client site, in-person event or meeting, or business travel.
