Content Intern – TikTok (Summer 2025)
About Us:
King of the Curve (KOTC) is an innovative edtech and media company helping pre-health and pre-med students master standardized exams like the MCAT and DAT through mobile apps, games, and engaging content. We're now accepting applications for our Summer 2025 Internship Program at our St. Louis-based KOTC Content House — an exciting, collaborative living and working environment where interns gain hands-on experience and make a direct impact on KOTC’s digital growth.
Role Overview:
As a TikTok Content Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of our social media strategy, helping to brainstorm, create, and post viral content tailored to our student audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to drive engagement, build community, and grow the KOTC brand on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create short-form TikTok videos that align with KOTC’s brand, voice, and mission
• Brainstorm creative concepts and trends to reach pre-health students in an engaging way
• Write, film, edit, and post TikToks regularly (3–5x per week)
• Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance
• Collaborate with other interns and KOTC team members on content strategy
• Participate in creative planning sessions at the KOTC Content House
What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for TikTok and content creation with an eye for trends
• On-camera confidence and strong storytelling or editing skills
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or in-app tools)
• Interest in education, health, pre-med culture, or edutainment
• Strong communication, creativity, and a team-first mindset
• Must be able to reside in St. Louis, Missouri, during the internship period (housing included)
