Ensure availability and visibility of PepsiCo products in assigned stores through effective merchandising techniques.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote PepsiCo products and increase sales.
Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement.
Execute merchandising plans and strategies to maximize product presence and drive sales.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to promote new and existing products.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Ensure compliance with company and store policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any product or service issues.
Maintain a clean and organized merchandising area in stores.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing merchandising duties.
Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to management.
Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
