About the Role As a Virtual Customer Chat Research Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering professional and structured support to our customers via live chat and email. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who need help with subscription renewals, login recovery, account setup, and payment changes. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you'll use templated email and chat communication to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle support tickets via live chat and email inboxes, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Answer questions related to billing, login issues, and account navigation, using pre-approved scripts and templates to ensure consistent support Tag and document tickets clearly and accurately, ensuring that all customer interactions are properly recorded and tracked Escalate complex cases to technical teams, collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and provide the best possible customer experience Maintain a clear, supportive tone across all written communication, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with blithequark Why Join blithequark?
