The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in training and mentoring individuals of all ages to become confident and responsible drivers. Your expertise and guidance will empower students to navigate the roads safely while adhering to traffic rules and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive and engaging driving lessons for students, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that enables students to overcome challenges and build their driving confidence. Adapt teaching methods to suit the unique learning styles and needs of each student. Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes. Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas that require additional focus and practice. Demonstrate and promote safe driving behaviors, following all traffic laws and regulations. Keep accurate records of student performance and lesson plans. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a driving instructor, with a strong record of successfully training new drivers. Excellent understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey instructions and guidance. Patience and adaptability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Strong observational skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner. Valid [State] Driver's License and clean driving record. Certification as a Driving Instructor is preferred but not mandatory.
