Key Responsibilities:
Student Assistance: Provide guidance and support to students using The Uwit Job platform, assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
Communication: Effectively communicate with students through various channels, including email, chat, and virtual meetings, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve student concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions.
Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from students to enhance our platform and services continuously.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and regularly update the knowledge base for future reference.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with students effectively.
Empathy: Ability to empathize with students challenges and provide support in a positive and encouraging manner.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms and tools for communication and issue resolution.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve problems independently or collaboratively.
