Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starlingâs clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in women's reproductive mental health. Please Note: Compensation for this role is set according to the market rates based on where the employee resides. Salary ranges will be provided to candidates during the hiring process.What you'll doAs a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys. This is a partâtime, exempt, salaried position, expected to average approximately 28-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 24 client appointments per weekParticipating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meetingDelivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plansCollaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environmentContributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interestsWho you areIndependently licensed in Maryland (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or womenâs mental healthStrong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed careComfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practicesCommitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learningPassion for Seven Starlingâs mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic companyThis role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a team-based environment who want to grow professionally, and are excited to help shape the future of perinatal mental health care.DetailsPart-time salary positionCompetitive salary compensationRemote / Telehealth Access to team consultation, training, and professional development opportunitiesPotential opportunities to expand hours or support company initiatives over timeReimbursement for additional licenses the company may request based on patient needsPaid Time Off and Sick Leave based in accordance with company policy and applicable state and local laws$600 Professional Development StipendSeven Starling is committed to building an inclusive, compassionate clinical team.
