Objective:
To ensure customer satisfaction and provide a favorable, positive image of Company by fulfilling the contractual agreements of providing Health Information Management Services.
ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
ā¢ Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
ā¢ Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
ā¢ Establishes entry priorities.
ā¢ Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
ā¢ Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
ā¢ Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
ā¢ Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
ā¢ Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
ā¢ Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
ā¢ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
ā¢ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ā¢ Reviewing invoices to ensure that they are accurate and complete before sending them to customers.
ā¢ Preparing invoices for services rendered
