To be successful in this role, you should:
Possess a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Have the physical capability to lift and transport boxes exceeding 40 lbs and be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, a personable and outgoing attitude, and a passion for the retail industry
