As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring database accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters Maintain associations with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct advanced investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams consistently Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and a strong foundation in data entry and analysis. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Skills and Competencies: Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup Advanced Access skills Ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results Ability to work well in a team environment Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
