Part-time bookkeeper remote (espace)
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-time Bookkeeper to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting and proficiency with various accounting software. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting processes. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work independently are essential for this position. 5 hours monthly bases
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting activities
• Run ACH monthly to receive clients rents
Skills
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles including GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and journal entries.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with tax regulations related to payroll and other financial activities
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
This position offers flexibility for individuals seeking part-time remote work while contributing valuable expertise in bookkeeping . Our company is a shared office space that runs rent roll. One time a month through an ACH system.
