[Remote] Digital Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. New American Funding is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support their Marketing Department with various tasks. The role involves collaborating on marketing plans, content development, and executing digital campaigns while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Marketing Manager to ensure each piece adheres to established brand guideCreate new digital campaign concepts and execute them in full in a timely mannerAssist in coordinating various external marketing and internal communication activitiesCreate and update marketing campaigns, print materials, web/print ads, tradeshow collateral, social media images, promotional items, business cards, mobile app pages, e-mail blasts, logos, website designs, storyboards, etcCollaborate with other teams within the department, taking content and producing necessary designs and mocks and communicating design decisionsResponsible for executing a variety of activities including customer communications, email campaigns, public relations, trade shows and events, promotionsAssist with developing marketing strategiesAssist with creation, writing, and maintenance of e-communications such as social media, blogs, email templates, and other company related marketing materialsMaintain various marketing systems including CRM/CMS databasesCarry out lead generating campaigns including process, content creation, editorial calendar and reporting on the success of past/present campaignsResponsible for creation, implementation and maintenance of a variety of activities including customer and recruiting communications and social media campaignsCarry out corporate social media efforts including reporting on the success of past/present campaigns. Track, analyze and concisely report analytics to show the effectiveness of campaignsManage, monitor, and curate organic posts for social media profiles including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Plus, etcAssist in coordinating of a variety of social media marketing requestsWorking with graphic designers and web development team to create social media graphics and creativeAssist graphic designers with design over-flow and template changesSkillsExperience with marketing methodologies and analyticsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Thorough knowledge of the top social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram)Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesignExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to meet deadlines and department performance standardsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a fast paced workflowExcellent customer service skillsDesign experiences is requiredMinimum 1-2 years' corporate marketing experience or agency equivalent experienceExperience working with vendors and other external customersBachelor's degree preferredA portfolio showcasing your workBenefitsBenefitsCompany OverviewNew American Funding provides cutting-edge marketing and technology efforts allow us to compete with large banks.
