Key Responsibilities Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team to ensure seamless project execution. Provide professional customer service to clients on weekends, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Meet deadlines on a weekly basis, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent education. A valid Guard Card.
