As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch service to policyholders, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to their insurance policies. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and process inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies, addressing questions and concerns about policy coverage, billing, and modifications. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and a strong service aptitude to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize computer systems and data tools to search for answers and information, resolving complex situations with limited information. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, including obtaining necessary licenses and certifications. Maintain a high level of organization, order, and process in a remote work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Professional customer service aptitude with a strong service orientation. Basic conflict resolution skills and ability to manage emotions in stressful situations. Effective verbal and written communication, active listening, and questioning skills. Ability to multitask, navigate system tools, and utilize computer systems/data systems. Must have open availability during hours of operation. Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field. Effective communication and active listening. Ability to work in a team or independently. What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $15-$19 per hour.
