We’re a lean, profitable team looking for an elite outbound rep to kick down doors and get firms running pilot campaigns.
No warm leads. No safety net. Just you, your list, and your hustle.
YOUR MISSION
Get law firms on intro calls.
Set up 5–10 case pilot runs.
Rinse. Repeat. Scale.
(We’ll close them—your job is to get them to the table and excited.)
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Build target lists of plaintiff firms by tort, geo, and volume potential
• Cold outbound like a killer: phones, email, mailers, social, DMs, etc.
• Write and send custom emails — no generic garbage
• Drop handwritten mailers and FedEx packages that get opened
• Call and message firms every day — follow-ups, new prospects, referral mining
• Engage prospects on LinkedIn, X, groups — be where they hang out
• Work conferences and social events — you're down to fly out, party smart, and network like crazy
• Write your own playbook: phone scripts, outbound templates, mailer angles, etc.
• Track and manage your pipeline in Pipedrive like a pro
WHO YOU ARE
• You’ve done outbound sales and crushed quota before (at least 2–5 yrs)
• You’ve built your own lists, figured out messaging, and booked meetings cold
• You don’t wait for leads — you create your own pipeline
• You're not scared of the phone — you run toward rejection
• You know how to sell value, not just pitch features
• Bonus if you’ve sold to service businesses, agencies, or SMBs (legal is a plus, not a must)
