Job Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team, 80% outbound/20% inbound. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: You MUST be located in one of these states: AL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, and WI
Work Hours: Part time shifts between 9 AM and 3 PM PST
Compensation: $13.50 hourly, plus ability to earn $240 per month in bonuses!
Position Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Experience with computer, typing and navigating the internet.
- Ability to communicate verbally and orally and a positive attitude is required.
-Windows 10/11 operating system: (Chromebooks/HP Streams/ Macs CANNOT be used)
- 8Gb of RAM
- 250 GB Hard Disk Space
- Wired USB Headset with inline mute switch
- Laptop or desktop that is no more than 2 years old
- Monitor if using desktop and cables
- Ethernet cable to connect to router, Wifi will not be allowed
