Primary Responsibilities


Conduct Professional Phone Interviews: Reach out to verified consumers via outbound calls to conduct comprehensive phone interviews. You'll guide conversations professionally, asking thoughtful questions that elicit detailed, authentic stories about consumer experiences with our Accredited Brands.
Capture Authentic Narratives: Transform raw consumer conversations into compelling, detailed written reviews that meet our quality standards. Your ability to listen actively and capture nuanced details will ensure the authenticity of every published story.
Maintain Excellence in Communication: Uphold the highest levels of professionalism in every interaction. Build positive rapport with consumers, making them feel valued and heard while representing arenaflex with distinction.
Meet Performance Metrics: Successfully achieve and exceed minimum word count requirements for published reviews. Consistently meet or exceed targets for dials and completed reviews on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Utilize Technology Effectively: Embrace and leverage AI tools and cutting-edge technology to enhance your productivity and the quality of your work. Stay current with evolving digital platforms that support our review collection process.


Reporting & Documentation


Daily Reporting: Prepare comprehensive calling reports on assigned days, meticulously documenting your activities, outcomes, and insights for transcription and moderation teams.
Dashboard Management: Update the Review Center Dashboard weekly, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and readily accessible for team collaboration.
Monthly Highlights: Complete monthly recording highlights that support auditing processes and contribute to performance management initiatives.
Data Accuracy: Ensure precise daily reporting for transcription and moderation teams. Correct and update contact information as needed to maintain seamless workflow and timely processing.
