As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with clients and providing them with expert advice and support. Key Responsibilities Client Service : Provide exceptional client service by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate client needs, recommend options, and find solutions to address client issues. Client Expertise : Demonstrate client expertise in printing, signs and designs, and transportation product offerings, and recommend suitable blithequark items and services. Order Management : Take complex client orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information. Store Operations : Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location, including operating printing, binding, and other related equipment. Financial Transactions : Process financial transactions using a Retail Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change. Inventory Management : Manage retail supplies, including cleaning, fixing, and stocking all retail location printing and delivery equipment and supplies. Marketing and Promotions : Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area item and signage. Quality and Safety : Make a preventive move to prevent mistakes and waste, and adhere to blithequark's quality and safety policies. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful as a Retail Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. 6+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or retail environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under significant tension. Capacity to remain during the whole shift, excluding lunch and rest periods. Capacity to lift and move 55 pounds. Capacity to twist/bend at the waist and knees consistently. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a print, signs and designs, or transportation environment. Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles. Experience working with POS systems and other retail software.
