Position: Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant (Knoxville) Job Title: Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Knoxville, Tennessee (Remote Job) Duration: 24 Months+ Job Description: • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll. • The role involves end-to-end payroll implementation, configuration, integration, and support, combining functional payroll knowledge with technical capabilities.Key Responsibilities: • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll (US and/or Global Payroll) • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions • Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and statutory reporting • Support payroll integrations with HCM, GL, Time & Labor, and third-party vendors • Develop and troubleshoot fast formulas, reports, and interfaces • Manage payroll testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and issue resolution • Support payroll processing, month-end, year-end, and compliance activities • Provide post-go-live support and system enhancementsRequired Skills &Experience: • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll • Techno-functional expertise including Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, and integrations • Solid understanding of payroll processes, tax rules, and statutory compliance • Experience with payroll costing and GL reconciliation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills PreferredQualifications: • Experience with US Payroll (Federal, State, Local taxes) • Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll certification • Experience in multi-country or global payroll implementations Apply tot his job
