IT Asset Management Analyst
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Asset Management, Application Portfolio Management, or Enterprise Architecture within ServiceNow. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience. • Familiarity with application lifecycle management and rationalization frameworks. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) tools. • Basic Project Management experience. • Knowledge of cloud migration and modernization strategies. • Understanding of ITIL frameworks.
