Hi,Greetings of the day!!Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant OTL & Health CareLocation: RemoteDuration: Long Term ContractExperience: 10+ YearsMust have - Oracle Fusion HCM OTL & Health Care module and Fast FormulaJob Description and Responsibilities:Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM OTL & Health Care module implementations, configurations, and customizations.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.Provide functional support for payroll integration, timecard management, and healthcare benefits setup.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Create and maintain documentation, configurations, and test scripts.Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration.Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and ensure smooth rollout of enhancements.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM solutions with a strong focus on Fusion HCM.Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Health Care modules is mandatory.Strong understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HR.Experience with fast formulas, HCM extract, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and work on system enhancements.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
