Join us and help ensure exceptional service standards and high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Handle high amounts of live chat and phone callsIdentify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfactionProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive information Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolutionFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesGo the extra mile to engage customersRequirements:Bachelor degree or above.Proficiency in both Polish and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous.
