San Francisco, CA (Remote, Travel needed once in a month)

Key Skills Required
⢠Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration (Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Security)
⢠Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data loads, fixes, and updates
⢠OTBI reporting (operational/ad-hoc reports)
⢠Workflow configuration (approvals, business processes)
⢠Security setup (roles, data access, user roles)
⢠Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle, payroll dependencies)
⢠Ability to analyze cross-module impacts and data flow
Responsibilities
⢠Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Security)
⢠Build and manage
⢠Job & position structures
⢠Work relationships & legal entities
⢠Eligibility rules
⢠Workflows and approvals
⢠Security roles
⢠Troubleshoot configuration issues and support HR/Payroll users
⢠Support post-go-live stabilization and system optimization
⢠Review Oracle quarterly releases and assess system impact
⢠Work with business stakeholders to align processes with Oracle Cloud best practices (avoid customizations)
⢠Support data validation and integration awareness (HCM Extracts, reporting tools)
Nice to Have
⢠PeopleSoft background (migration or coexistence)
⢠Experience in large enterprise environments
⢠Exposure to healthcare, higher education, or regulated industries
⢠Experience working with legacy systems alongside Oracle HCM
