Test Manager - Oracle Fusion Fin & SCM (Hybrid)

Required Skills
Strong 15+ years of QA experience in Oracle Fusion Fin & SCM
Modules GL (General Ledger),
Accounts Payables,
Asset Management,
Accounts Receivables
Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management).
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for various products ensuring high quality and performance.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Provide expertise in Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O), Selenium, and UFT to the testing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve defects and issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and UFT.
Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Ensure that all testing activities are documented and traceable.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
ISTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Certified
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 02/27/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $[129,000 $152,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
