Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional SME
Location: USA (Remote with travel)
Functional Leadership
Act as Finance Functional SME for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials.
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization.
Provide strategic guidance on EBS and Fusion application Finance Modules.
Oracle Finance Modules
Hands-on expertise in:
ā¢ General Ledger (GL)
ā¢ Accounts Payable (AP)
ā¢ Accounts Receivable (AR)
ā¢ Cash Management (CM)
ā¢ Fixed Assets (FA)
ā¢ Subledger Accounting (SLA)
ā¢ Cost Management (preferred)
ā¢ FAH
ā¢ Support financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
ā¢ Implementation & Support
ā¢ Lead or support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
Work closely with technical teams on:
ā¢ Integrations
ā¢ Reports
ā¢ Conversions
ā¢ Extensions
ā¢ Perform functional testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities.
ā¢ Business & Stakeholder Engagement
ā¢ Engage with finance leadership, controllers, auditors, and business users.
ā¢ Translate business requirements into Oracle Finance solutions.
ā¢ Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
ā¢ Governance & Compliance
ā¢ Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
ā¢ Support audit requirements and internal controls.
ā¢ Drive best practices and standardization.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
