Operations Process Analyst

Job Title: Digital Operations Process Analyst Duration: 6 Months (Contract) with the ability to extend long term Workplace: 100% Remote (MUST work CST core hours) About the Role The Digital Operations Process Analyst is a key partner in driving operational and financial excellence across Nutrien’s digital platforms. This role involves managing resource allocations impacting department budgets, processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and overseeing software license compliance with financial impact. Candidates must be detail-oriented, financially savvy, and experienced in large-scale operations support within IT environment's Key Responsibilities • Financial Management (50%): Manage department-level budgets, review invoices, and assist with software capitalization processes. • Resource Management (20%): Oversee resource assignments and allocations across teams and projects. • GAA (20%): Configure Jira workflows and manage Confluence spaces. • Software License Management (10%): Ensure compliance and calculate chargeback licensing costs. • Build and maintain vendor relationships through monthly touchpoints for onboarding/offboarding contractors. • Document and improve workflows for financial, operational, and resource management processes. Qualifications • 3+ years in operations or financial management within IT environments. • Strong analytical and financial skills; experience with budgeting and resource planning. (software capitalization required) • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a bonus • Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence administration. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
