Operations Director for Healthcare Staffing (Remote) (FT) - Nexus Medpro Staffing - Chapel Hill, NC - work from home job Company: Nexus Medpro Staffing Job description: We are a fast-growing Healthcare Staffing and placement agency experiencing tremendous growth, looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our staffing and job placements business across multiple states. This is a 100% remote job. If you have at least 1 year of experience as a Director of Nursing/Nursing Home Director/Director of Operations/ Manager in Healthcare staffing, Nursing Home or a similar setting, this remote/work-from-home opportunity is for you. While we would prefer someone based in North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Missouri, we are open to other locations for candidates with the right experience. This can be a W2 or 1099 position with no healthcare insurance or other benefits but we pay good compensation and bonus rewards. Job Summary: • Managing Day to Day Operations of our Healthcare Staffing services supporting Nursing Homes and other healthcare facilities. • Work as the Staffing Coordinator / Client & Staff Relationship Expert. • Help with getting closure on our full-time placement opportunities • Remote/work-from-home opportunity allowing you flexibility in your work. • Recruiting and onboarding CNA/LPN/RNs to the Nursing pool. • Manage staffing schedule for Nursing & Rehab facilities we contract with for staffing. • Manage/Mentor/Coach operations staff to ensure quality and timely services to our client facilities. • Manage day-to-day operations of the business and address staff and facility escalations/concerns. • Familiar with Standard Precautions, Procedures, OSHA, and HIPPA. • Help with business growth with new staffing contract opportunities. • Additional bonus/compensation based on contributions towards the growth of the business. Requirements/Qualifications: • At least one year experience in a Nursing Home or Healthcare staffing agency as a Director of Operations/Staffing Director, Director of Nursing or Nursing Home Administrator and have a passion to serve and connect people. • Outgoing personality who can engage with people at all levels- Nursing home Administrators, Director of Nursing, and staff (RN/LPN/CNA). • Ability to multi-task, manage escalations, be proactive, and have good planning skills. • Proficient with Emails, basic Excel, and MS Word. • Experience with online scheduling, recruiting/onboarding tools/apps is a plus. • Organized, detailed oriented, and able to maintain cool while handling issues and escalations. • Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience. Educational: LPN, MHA, BHA, RN or similar professional with LTC experience would be a plus. Location: North Carolina, Virginia, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Florida would be preferred, but open to other locations for candidates who have the right experience.
