Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Employment Law Attorney with 15+ years of experience in employment litigation, including expertise in PAGA-inclusive claims, school district defense, and third-party administrator panels. You will work with public entities and educational institutions, handling complex employment disputes and guiding clients through litigation strategy, defense, and compliance matters. Key Requirements 15+ years of employment law defense experience (mandatory) Proven background in school district employment defense Experience working with school third-party administrator employment panels Extensive knowledge of PAGA, wage & hour, and class action claims Trial experience preferred but not required Background in public entity defense is a strong plus JD from an accredited U.
