Real Time Payments Operations Analyst II
The Real Time Payments (RTP) Operations Analyst II is responsible for daily balancing and exception handling of RTP/Zelle/ACH activity, training, and shift oversight (as needed).

Successful incumbents possess strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Ā Responsible for timely balancing of RTP/ZELLE/ACH activity.
Ā Responsible for processing and/or research of RTP/Zelle/ACH exception entries.
Ā Responsible for identifying, escalating, and supporting troubleshooting efforts on production issues.
Ā Responsible for oversight of front-line analyst.
Ā Responsible for establishing/updating procedural documentation as needed.
Ā Responsible for training RTP colleagues across all functions as needed.
Ā Responsible for maintaining applicable production logs and reporting month-end metric/performance results.
Position Qualifications
Ā Associates degree or 2 years related bank experience
Ā 2 years of operations/other related experience
Ā 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Work Best Category:
Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote
Hours:
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
