In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the store, maintaining product listings, and processing customer orders. Coordinate the upload and update of product listings, ensuring content is accurate and engaging
Monitor online store inventory levels and manage stock availability * Process and track online orders, including coordinating with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery
Handle customer service inquiries related to online orders, returns, and product information
Work with marketing teams to implement online sales and promotional campaigns
Track and report on store performance metrics such as conversion rates and average order value
Ensure the store website is optimized for user experience and customer satisfaction
Assist with website maintenance and improvements, collaborating with IT and design teams as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce or online store management is preferred
Familiarity with online store platforms (such as Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
