Responsibilities Process enrollments, eligibility updates, and terminations accurately and on time Review submissions for completeness and follow up on missing information Respond to enrollment-related inquiries and support issue resolution Manage incoming emails, efax, mail, and voicemail Prepare and send correspondence, including ACRs and denial letters Maintain reports, tracking logs, and documentation Provide basic support for Online Employer Portal users Assist with scanning, filing, and record maintenance Collaborate with team members to support daily operations Skills High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service experience Strong data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office) Excellent attention to detail and organization Strong communication and time management skills Associate degree Experience in healthcare enrollment, eligibility, or insurance Benefits 100% for your family's medical insurance 20 days of paid personal time off during your first year Company Overview UHA Health Insurance is an insurance company specializing in medical, drug, and vision insurance plans.
