Responsibilities:
- Provide online customer support through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media platforms
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer requests for booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds
- Assist customers with navigation of the company website and mobile app
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the online customer experience and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools
- Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new skills
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
