Stay up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations related to OFAC and sanctions compliance. Oversee and enhance the company's compliance program for OFAC and sanctions. Provide guidance and support to various departments to ensure compliance with OFAC and sanctions regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance risks and develop corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Train and educate employees on OFAC and sanctions compliance to promote a culture of compliance within the organization. Monitor and review transactions to ensure they are in compliance with relevant regulations. Respond to any potential OFAC and sanctions violations and manage investigations, reporting, and remediation. Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external OFAC and sanctions compliance inquiries.Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay informed of any changes in regulations. Regularly report on the company's compliance status to senior management. Lead a team of compliance professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their continued development and success.
