Part Time Human Resources Assistant (French Required)

Kennedy International School provides a bilingual education for students from preschool through 12th grade. They are seeking a part-time Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department with administrative tasks and onboarding processes, requiring fluency in French. Responsibilities Maintain and update the Staff & Faculty Resources portal Keep the Staff List spreadsheet current and accurate Track onboarding progress in the HR onboarding tracker Ensure personnel files are complete and up to date (resumes, certifications, visa documents, etc.) Conduct reference checks Prepare and send onboarding communications to new hires Initiate Paycom onboarding workflows, including background checks Coordinate with IT to ensure new hires are properly recorded Finalize professional biographies Coordinate staff photos for ID badges with the Office Manager Schedule orientation sessions and notify relevant staff, including reception Update Paycom profiles upon completion of onboarding steps Enroll employees in International Baccalaureate (IB) trainings Coordinate CPR/First Aid certifications Coordinate Article 43 training requirements Track completion of all trainings in the staff list Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Assist with additional HR tasks as needed Skills High school diploma or GED required Fluency in English and French Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated interest in Human Resources Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Paid time off Participation in a 401(k)-retirement plan Company Overview Kennedy International School provides a fully bilingual education to students from nursery to 12th grade.
