Preferred candidates will reside in the state of Colorado, as this position requires familiarity with the local market and customer base. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish. , Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues effectively. , Offer available products and services that meet customer needs. , Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers. , Participate in ongoing training and development programs. , Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery. Requirements Two years post-secondary education or higher. , In lieu of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience. Nice-to-haves Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred for bilingual roles.
