If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.About The RoleAs a Senior Associate on the New Verticals team, you will support the identification, incubation, launch, and scaling of new products and market opportunities from “zero to one” and “one to ten”. You will contribute to strategic analyses, work directly with clients, assist in project management, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong execution skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunching and Scaling New Verticals:Support the execution and scaling of new products by coordinating cross-functional efforts (Product, Eng, GTM, Ops, CS), tracking progress, and managing key deliverablesWork directly with clients to analyze their workflows and goals to support successful launch and adoption of new productsMonitor product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to help drive product feature development and GTM successAssist in the development of GTM strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planningStrategic Project Execution:Support the creation and management of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesTrack progress against success metrics and ensure successful growth and adoption of new product linesRequirements1-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environmentsHigh performance ranking/marks in previous jobsStrong analytical skills, able to leverage data and market insights to support strategic decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teamsDetail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic settingsDemonstrable ability to take ownership and accountabilityEvidence of entrepreneurial mindsetWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days per weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
