Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
Review and research business problems impacting the New Business team.
Collaborate with leaders, peers, and stakeholders on solutions.
Drive execution of solutions to improve team results.
Identify gaps and track improvements throughout the project.
Communicate progress and report changes to stakeholders.
Present project outcomes and learnings at the internship's end.
About You:
Candidates should possess the following:
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office®.
Ability to quickly learn AssetMark technology systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to self-direct, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage: $17.00 per hour.
Flex Time Off or Paid Time/Sick Time Off.
401K with 6% Employer Match.
