New and Emerging Real Estate Agent Fall Training Program
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to launch a career in real estate. As a Real Estate Agent in Training, you will work closely with experienced brokers and mentors while learning the skills needed to become a successful real estate agent. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow, train, and develop into a full-time real estate sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Shadow experienced agents during client meetings, property showings, and negotiations.
ā¢ Assist with marketing efforts including social media, open houses, and listing promotions.
ā¢ Learn to use CRM systems, MLS, and brokerage tools for client management and property research.
ā¢ Support transaction processes, including preparing paperwork, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with lenders/title companies.
ā¢ Develop strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and property values.
ā¢ Commit to continuous learning through company-provided training, mentorship, and workshops.
Qualifications:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, sales, or marketing preferred.
ā¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
ā¢ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
ā¢ Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
ā¢ A real estate license in either Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia or Florida
ā¢ Basic computer skills and comfort with social media/marketing platforms.

This is NOT a licensing class. It is to help you accelerate your business .
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
