NetSuite (ERP) Consultant (System Support, Administration & Configuration)
We are a global, US-based advertising company looking for post-go-live NetSuite support and system optimization. The consultant should have a strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities and be able to implement effective solutions tailored to our business needs.
SCOPE & TASKS:
- Ongoing System Administration & Support: Set up and customize user roles, saved searches, reports, dashboards, widgets, forms, lists, filters, workflows, automations, schedules, and other native tools based on business needs and specific use cases (e.g. custom Transaction forms and searches, amortization/depreciation schedules, alerts for transaction “oddities”, outreach emails for overdue bills, etc.)
- System Cleanup & Optimization: Help us identify features we’re underutilizing, areas we can improve, maintain data hygiene, and ways to optimize and simplify current instance set-up for end users.
- Integrations: Help set up, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with various systems (banks, Bill, Rippling, etc.)
- Consulting & Guidance: Share guidance on optimal ways to achieve a desired outcome from a technical/mechanical perspective, assess the feasibility of requested solutions, and help us turn business needs into tools and solutions within NetSuite.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent English
- Proven experience working with NetSuite products and functionalities, specifically ERP
- Prior experience in financial management, accounting, NetSuite solution consulting, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
TEAM & COLLABORATION:
You will be working with representatives of the company’s Finance and Operations teams on a semi-independent basis: discussing the use case with us, confirming the requirement, then working to implement or prepare a solution on your own.
Your primary points of contact will be based in Europe and/or the US. When necessary, we would be available for online meetings and discussions from 6 AM to 2 PM EST (New York time).
DEADLINE EXPECTATIONS:
Since this will be an ongoing, long-term projects with tasks and objectives of various complexity, deadlines may differ per initiative. We will be discussing expectations and timelines for each project or task.
