In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing identity and access management requirements and translating them into effective solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, documenting, and implementing IAM strategies that align with organizational objectives while maintaining security and compliance standards.Analyze and document current IAM processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvementConduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and clarify IAM business requirementsDevelop comprehensive business cases and recommendations for IAM initiatives and system enhancementsDesign IAM solutions that balance security, usability, and operational efficiencyCreate detailed functional specifications and process documentation for IAM implementationsCollaborate with technical teams, security architects, and business units to ensure successful solution deliveryPerform testing and validation activities to confirm IAM solutions meet business requirementsSupport the implementation and deployment of IAM tools and platformsMonitor and analyze IAM system performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in identity and access managementEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policiesQualifications:**Required Skills and Experience:**Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IAM, identity management, or related business analysis rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detailSolid understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and deprovisioningHands-on experience with IAM platforms and tools (such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar solutions)Proven experience in business process analysis and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholdersStrong organizational and time management skills**Preferred Skills and Experience:**Experience working in nearshore or distributed team environmentsKnowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA)Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, or other business applicationsProject management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)ITIL certification or similar IT service management qualificationExperience with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutionsBackground in security or risk managementAdditional Information:The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
