We are seeking a Motion Graphics & Video Designer to own the development and execution of high-volume video content that supports our B2B SaaS growth engine. This role is responsible for translating complex industrial reliability and product concepts into clear, compelling video stories—delivered with speed, consistency, and scale.
This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of video storytelling, from concept and scripting through production and optimization. The ideal candidate blends strong narrative instincts with operational discipline and embraces AI-driven workflows to move faster without sacrificing clarity or credibility.
What You’ll Do
• Video Strategy, Storytelling & Scale
• Own the end-to-end video lifecycle for marketing and customer storytelling.
• Develop video concepts and narratives that simplify complex B2B SaaS and industrial topics (e.g., reliability, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance).
• Lead video brainstorming and road-mapping aligned to campaign goals, product launches, and pipeline growth initiatives.
• Design and manage a high-volume video production pipeline, delivering consistent output across multiple formats and channels.
• Speed, Throughput & Operational Excellence
• Consider video performance across social channels—including engagement and completion rates—as part of overall role success.
• Establish modular formats, templates, and repeatable storytelling frameworks to support rapid production at scale.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and fast turnaround timelines.
• Optimize content for reuse, repurposing, and multi-channel distribution to maximize output.
• AI-Accelerated Video Creation
• Actively use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, storyboarding, motion development, and post-production.
• Build and refine prompting systems and workflows that improve creative velocity and consistency.
• Stay current on advancements in AI video, animation, sound design, and creative tooling, applying them pragmatically to real production needs.
• Motion, Design & Production
• Create motion graphics, animations, and video content that support B2B SaaS storytelling
• Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, sound design, effects, and visual treatments.
• Utilize web-based animation tools (e.g., Lottie, Rive, Spline) to produce lightweight, scalable motion assets for digital experiences.
• Support videography needs including on-site customer testimonials, employee thought leadership, and event capture, with an emphasis on efficient, low-friction production in industrial environments. Up to 20% potential travel time
Collaboration, Brand & Quality
• Partner closely with creative, marketing, product, and sales teams to quickly translate objectives into effective video solutions.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual standards.
• Maintain strong organizational practices around file management, versioning, and asset libraries.
Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience producing motion graphics and video content, ideally within B2B SaaS, industrial, or technical industries.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality video content quickly and at scale.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-completion video storytelling.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to accelerate video and motion workflows.
• Skilled at simplifying complex or technical subject matter through visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Experience with Lottie, Rive, or Spline is a plus.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable managing a fast-moving production pipeline.
• Strong communicator and collaborative partner.
• Self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment.
