Motion Designer Needed – Create Animated Explainer / Training Video from PowerPoint
We are looking for a skilled motion designer / video creator to transform an existing PowerPoint presentation into a professional animated training video.
This video will be used by mortgage brokers to complete accreditation training with our company before they can submit deals to us. The video needs to be clear, professional, engaging and easy to follow.
The goal is not simply to animate slides, but to create a well-structured training video using motion graphics, visuals and clean transitions.
Our company operates in the Australian mortgage lending and private credit space, so the final product should feel credible, professional and suitable for a financial services audience.

You will be provided with:
- A PowerPoint presentation (approx. X slides)
- Our brand guidelines (logo, colours, fonts)
- Script or key talking points for narration
- Any relevant reference material
You will be responsible for:
- Converting the presentation into a professional animated training video
- Creating clean motion graphics and transitions
- Adding simple visual elements, diagrams and icons to explain concepts
- Structuring the video so it flows logically and clearly
- Syncing visuals with voiceover narration
- Delivering a polished, professional final video

- Professional motion graphics and transitions
- Visualised diagrams or icons where needed
- Background music
- Voiceover integration (AI or human voice – open to suggestions)
