Our core expertise extends to actionable analytics, contact center as a service (CCaaS), and our own SupportPredict AI-powered digital experience platform. **The Role** As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping arenaflex customers navigate their healthcare-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them * Providing support with updating personal information on accounts, completing orders, and addressing other healthcare-related concerns * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide personalized solutions * Working closely with our partners to ensure seamless customer experiences **What We Expect** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 25 words per minute * Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency, with the ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers * Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week * A competitive salary starting at $13/hr in training, with pay rates varying by program fit during selection consideration **Working from Home** As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (no Mac, Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone) * High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps * Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable) * 2 dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger * A VoIP USB headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training * A dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions **Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a high-performing, fun culture that empowers exceptional individuals to deliver next-generation customer experiences on behalf of our clients.
