Share professionally created videos to educate and engage potential recruits
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Telemarketing (Mortgage or Real Estate industry experience is a plus, but not required)
✔ Excellent Communication & Phone Skills – Confident, engaging, and persuasive
✔ Self-Starter & Highly Motivated – Thrive in an independent work environment
✔ Strong Networking Abilities – Build long-term relationships and grow your pipeline
✔ Reliable Internet & Workspace – Ability to work remotely without distractions
