Our client is looking for an experienced, service, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our client's mortgage broker team in Virginia Beach, VA and Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities:
Ā Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
Ā Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
Ā Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
Ā Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
Ā Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
Qualifications:
Ā 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
Ā Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
Ā Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
Ā Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
Ā Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
Compensation:
$35,000 - $300,000 yearly/commissions

Ā Located at the hybrid branch of Virginia Beach or Jacksonville
