As a Performance Analyst on our DTOA team, you'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about data and committed to delivering exceptional results. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join our DTOA team, where you'll provide analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting forecasting, root-cause analysis, and ad-hoc business analysis, as well as developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to inform business decisions. If you're a self-starter with a passion for data storytelling and a knack for extracting insights from complex data sets, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions * Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for further research, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish * Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data * Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various business programs * Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** * Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports * Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve if needed * Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **We're Looking for Someone with** * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-40/hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment and media industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities and training * Flexible remote work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data and analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
