Mom's wanted: Content Creator & Brand Ambassador for Babywear Products
Honey & Stitch is a baby + toddler wardrobe brand preparing for launch. We’re looking for a mom who is creative, organized, and deeply tapped into the online parenting space to help us build our early community.
This is a part-time, hourly role (10 hours/week) at a startup stage — but it’s important to say this upfront:
we are intentional about the people we bring in, we value loyalty, and we want this to be a role that grows alongside the company.
Role responsibilities:
Help launch and manage our brand ambassador program
Create and coordinate social content (Instagram + TikTok)
Engage with other moms online and help build an early brand community
Support shopping and assortment planning through wholesale babywear partners
Track what styles, brands, and conversations resonate with modern parents
Who this is for:
A mom who is already active in parenting or lifestyle spaces online
Someone comfortable creating content and building relationships digitally
Strong taste in baby/toddler style (design-forward, not overly trendy)
Organized, dependable, and excited by early-stage work
Interested in becoming an integral part of a brand, not just completing tasks
Compensation:
$20/hour
~10 hours per week

While Honey & Stitch is an early-stage company, we are serious about building a team we grow with. The right person in this role would not just support launch — they would help shape our ambassador program, community voice, and collections, and have the opportunity to become a long-term, core part of the brand as we scale.
