Mobile Engineer (with Python and JavaScript experience) (Remote)

We are Kubikware, a digital agency with 20 years of experience designing and developing web and mobile platforms, as well as video games, AR/VR apps, and AI/ML. We are headquartered in Miami, FL with a strong South American team, and have clients and partners in the US market of all sizes and verticals. We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Mobil Engineer that is well-versed in Android/iOS development and Python and JavaScript experience and is located in Latin America. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:
• 6+ years of experience developing mobile/web applications.
• 5+ years of experience in Python, Django, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with C++
• Experience with mobile development (Android/iOS)
• Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with unit testing, test-driven development, and frameworks such as pytest, unittest, or Jest.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platform services such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with any version control system (Git, SVN, or Mercurial).
• Familiarity with build pipelines (GitActions, GitLab, BitBucket, or Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with any software ticketing system or process (Jira, Solar, or ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with version control in git-based systems (GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket)
• Strong agile/scrum development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:
• Experience with Flask and FastAPI.
• Experience implementing scalable ETL/data transformation workflows using Databricks or similar platforms.
• Experience with geospatial data and functions (such as Geocoding API, H3 grid system, or PostGIS).
• Experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
